About

I have been practicing Pilates for over twelve years, and teaching it for over six. I was a teacher and teacher trainer at Core Pilates NYC, but everything changed after I had (the cutest) baby boy. I wanted more freedom, and so I started my own business teaching privately.

I teach Pilates because I get to help people feel great, and challenge themselves both mentally and physically. I regularly witness transformation happen from the inside out - which is ironically what Pilates is at it’s core - pun intended - strengthening the body from the deepest muscles to the most superficial.
